Signing In with Single Sign-On (SSO) for The Global Work Platform

This article covers how to sign in to the Global Work Platform using Single Sign-On (SSO). If your organization has enabled SSO, you can securely access your account using your existing company credentials. There is no additional password required.

High-Level Steps to Sign In with SSO

To access your account via SSO, follow these steps:
First, go to the Pebl sign-in page and enter your business email address. You will be redirected to your company’s SSO login page. After entering your SSO credentials, you’ll be successfully signed in to your account.

Step 1. Go to the Pebl Sign-In Page

Visit https://cloud.hellopebl.com/sign-in in your browser. This is the centralized login page for all users of The Global Work Platform.

Step 2. Enter Your Business Email Address

Type in the email address associated with your company account. This will trigger a redirect to your organization’s SSO login page.

Step 3. Complete SSO Login on Your Company’s Page

After entering your email, you’ll be redirected to your organization’s identity provider (IdP) sign-in screen. Use your standard company credentials to complete the login process.

Step 4. Access the Platform

Once authenticated, you’ll be signed in to the Global Work Platform automatically. You do not need to create a separate password or use additional login methods like a magic link.

What Happens If You Click “Have trouble signing in?”

If you use SSO, that means you always need to log in through your company’s sign-in page. That’s why the “Have trouble signing in” link and magic link won’t work, only your company can help you reset your login info.

If you click “Have trouble signing in?” on the sign-in page, you will receive an email informing you that:

  • Your account is configured for Single Sign-On.

  • Passwords and access are managed through your company’s identity provider.

  • You will not be able to reset your password through Pebl.

  • Magic link login is not supported for SSO-enabled users.

If you are unable to access your company credentials or need assistance, please contact your internal IT or SSO support team for help.
