This article will show you how to access and manage the Contractor Payables Dashboard
To manage payables, you need to have the appropriate permissions. A user must have the Company Admin role or be assigned as a Billing Contact to access the dashboard
Here, you will see a list of all payables. This will include the Invoice number, amount, invoice date, due date, paid date, and status.
Invoices status can be set to Pass Due, Open, Paid, Scheduled and Pending. You can hover your mouse over the status for more information.
The dashboard provides a snapshot of recent payable activity. You'll see the total dollar amount for Open payables, Overdue payables, and Paid (last 30 days). It also includes reminders about upcoming payroll and payables requiring approval.
The dashboard includes various status tabs, allowing you to filter and review your payables:
To Approve: Displays payables that have been requested but are not yet scheduled.
Scheduled: Shows payables that are approved and queued for the next payroll cycle.
Paid: Contains the history of all sent payments.
Payroll Runs: Provides a record of each payroll run and its details.
All Payables: Lists all requested, scheduled, and paid payables.
All Deductions: Displays a record of any deductions from contractor pay. If you cannot navigate between the status tabs, ensure you have the proper permissions to view these details.
You can approve, schedule, or cancel multiple payables from the To Approve and Scheduled tabs.
Depending on which payables you want to action on, navigate to the proper tab.
You can select the checkbox next to one or more payables by clicking on the check box next to each.
Once selected, click the Actions drop-down to perform bulk actions on the payables, such as approving or scheduling them. Bulk actions are only available if multiple payables are selected. Ensure the payables you wish to act on are visible in the current tab.
Click Filters above a list of payables to filter by Contractor, Requested date range, and more. Filter capabilities will update based on the tab.
