In Saudi Arabia, paid time off (PTO) is calculated using the following formula:

  • Take the supported employee's salary and divide it by 30 days to determine the rate per day.
  • Multiply the rate per day by the remaining PTO balance.

What is the process to request annual leave in Saudi Arabia?

To request annual leave in Saudi Arabia, a supported employee needs to:

  • Submit the desired days off using our Global Work Platform™.
  • Obtain approval for the requested days from the customer.

Is unlimited PTO an option in Saudi Arabia, and how can it be accommodated? What regulations and concerns should we be aware of?

In Saudi Arabia, it is not possible to accommodate an unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
