The Global Work Platform™ is the all-in-one portal where you will onboard, manage, and pay your new team members. You can apply different user roles to your team on the Global Work Platform. There are different levels of access that can be provided to your customer team that will control what they can actions they can perform and what data they can see in the Global Work Platform.
There are three different roles for your customer management team, along with an added permission. These are members who manage different aspects of payroll, PTO, and other administrative aspects for the supported employee. The supported employee is the employee whose pay, benefits, and official employment status is owned and handled by Pebl acting as the employer of record (EOR) on the behalf of a customer.
The Company Admin role is the most powerful role a customer can hold. This role will have access to managing billing and financial data, viewing invoices, and acting as an HR and PTO manager for every worker in that customer. This is the only role that can adjust roles for other members of the team.
The HR (Human Resources) Manager role can view and edit personal and financial information, add documents, and submit payroll requests for one or more supported employees. They can also trigger the onboarding process through the Hire Now button under the Talent section and add new hire information. While the HR Manager can view PTO requests, they cannot submit or approve them unless given the PTO manager role as well.
The PTO (Paid Time Off) Manager can see Time Off information and approve or reject Time Off requests for one or more supported employees. They will receive emails for PTO requests from the supported employee and have access to the Time section within the Global Work Platform. Unless given the role of HR Manager, this will be the only section they can access.
Billing Contact is a permission that will grant access to billing and financial data for a given customer. They can also view and download Invoices and custom Invoice reports. This permission is applied to the entire company regardless of country.
