How to Idenfity My Customer Management Team in the Global Work Platform™

This article will show you how to confirm members of your customer management team within the Global Work Platform™.

Users must have supported employee, HR Manager, PTO Manager, or Company Admin permissions to confirm a supported employee's customer management team in the Global Work Platform™.

Identifying your Customer Management Team via the Global Work Platform™

Step 1. Log in to the Global Work Platform™.

If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.

Step 2. Under the Home Tab, navigate to the Management Team section.

Your Customer Management Team will be visible under the Management Team section.

In this section, you can view customer manager names and roles.

Click View All to expand your management team list.
