Can we join the welcome call with our supported employee?

The supported employee welcome call is between our Pebl Specialist and the supported employee. This call introduces Pebl and guides the supported employee through their onboarding experience. 

Some of the topics on the welcome call include:

  • Review required documents for onboarding.

  • Discuss statutory benefits and any applicable supplemental benefits plans.

  • Send the approved Employment Agreement for signature.

  • Review the expense reimbursement process.

  • Provide Global Work Platform orientation.

  • Discuss time off policy.

  • Review country-specific nuances.

  • Address any questions.

  • Provide ongoing assistance and support.

Due to privacy reasons associated with the discussion of personal benefits and to create a safe environment for questions about those benefits, we generally do not allow customers to join the call.
