To ensure our employment agreements remain legally compliant, we cannot accommodate the rewriting or rewording of clauses within our employment agreements.
Although we are unable to edit clauses, certain clauses such as probationary periods and restrictive covenants may be removed from the employment agreement if compliant with local law.
Although our employment agreements in certain jurisdictions may reference the Client by name, we are unable to incorporate client-specific documents or information in our employment agreements, as this would create a direct co-employment claim.
