How to View My Time Off Policy Balances and Accruals

This article will show you how to view your time off balances and accruals within the Global Work Platform™.

A user must have supported employee permissions to view their time off accruals and balances.

Viewing Time Off Balances and Accruals

Step 1. Log in to the Global Work Platform™.

If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.

Step 2. Navigate to the Time Tab.

All time off information, including policy balances and accrual rates, is available on the Time Tab.

Step 3. Navigate to the Time Off Policy Types section of the Time Off Requests page.

The Time Off Policy Types section is located at the top of the Time Off Requests page.

Step 4. If multiple policy types are available, toggle between the tabs of the Time Off Policy Types section.

Each tab outlines your total available time off, yearly entitlement, and days taken under that specific policy as well as the current year-to-date accrual, rollover limits, and pending days taken.

Please note that any future time off requests will be deducted from the current balances on the start date of the request.

Step 5. To view more details of a time off policy, click the "Policy Details" button.

The "Policy Details" button is located in the right corner of the Time Off Policy Types section.

It is important to note the accrual rate of your time off policy, which can be found in the "Policy Details" for a time off policy. For example, if your policy shows a per-month accrual, your leave balance is accurate up until the current month. Future days will be accrued as you continue working.
