How to Unassign an HR or PTO Manager from One or Multiple Supported Employees

This article will show you how to unassign an active HR or PTO Manager from one or more supported employees in the Global Work Platform™.

A user must have Company Admin permissions to unassign HR or PTO Managers from supported employees in the Global Work Platform™.

If an HR or PTO Manager should no longer have access to the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "How to Deactivate a Customer Manager" article.

Unassigning an HR or Time Off Manager from a supported employee

If a Manager no longer needs HR or PTO permissions for one or more supported employees but should retain access to the Global Work Platform™, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Log in to the Global Work Platform™ and navigate to the Company tab.

A user must have the Company Admin role to see the Company tab.

Step 2. Navigate to the Users tab and select the Manager.

A window will appear to the right of your screen. Click on View Full Profile.

Step 3. Under the HR or PTO Manager's user profile, scroll down to the "Individual-Level Roles & Permissions" section.

Step 4. Deselect the HR Manager or PTO Manager box next to the supported employee.

The supported employee list is organized by country.

The Client Manager will no longer have PTO or HR Manager permissions relating to the supported employee.
