If you need to change the effective date or amount of an item you've already entered into the Global Work Platform, our team will be happy to assist you. Please note that it won't be possible for you to make this change on your own. To proceed, submit a new request by following the steps below.

Creating a New Request Using the Help Center

The Help Center is a valuable resource and one-stop shop for questions about hiring, retaining, and expanding your talent. The good news is, if you are reading this, you've already found it. 

Step 1. Click “Ticket” on the upper right corner of your screen.

Step 2. If you are not logged into the Global Work Platform, enter your email, then click Next.

Step 3. Enter the ticket type, subject, and a description of your request. Click “Submit”.
