It is advised not to include variable compensation details directly in the employment agreement in Bulgaria. Instead, it is recommended to document these details using a separate Variable Compensation Plan template. Although references to the Variable Compensation Plan can be made in the employment agreement, including the actual plan within it is not recommended and should be kept separate.
