Yes, if a supported employee is working from home in Mexico, a self-evaluation is required. According to local regulations, teleworkers must complete the Checklist provided in NOM-037-STPS-2023. They can also allow the Health and Safety Commission to physically check the health and safety conditions under which work is performed and must report any changes to these conditions, changes of residence, or any work-related risks encountered.
