What is the required notice period for an employee resignation in Greece?

In Greece, when a supported employee decides to resign, they are required to provide a notice period to the employer. This notice period is half the duration of the notice period required from the employer. The notice periods that employers must provide are based on the employee's length of service with the same employer:

• 12 full months to 2 years: 1 month notice
• 2 full years to 5 years: 2 months notice
• 5 full years to 10 years: 3 months notice
