How to Enter My Banking Information in the Global Work Platform™

This article will show you how to enter your banking information into the Global Work Platform™.

A user must have supported employee permissions to enter or update supported employee banking information.

Entering Banking Information in the Global Work Platform™

Step 1. Log in to the Global Work Platform™.

If you have difficulty logging into the Global Work Platform™, please reference the "I'm having login issues" article.

Step 2. Navigate to the Pay tab.

Step 3. Click the pencil icon at the top right corner of the Bank Information section.

The Bank Information section is located on the right side of the Pay tab.

Step 4. Enter your banking details.

When entering the Bank Account Holder Name, please note that this field does not accept special characters. If the account holder's name uses special characters, please replace them with a common letter. Example: èàü should be replaced with eau.

Please note that any updates to banking information can take up to 10 business days to take effect. Please ensure you keep your prior bank account open until we have successfully made payment to your updated account.

Step 5. Hit the Save button.

Ensure that your banking details are accurate before saving.

Need to update your banking information at a later date?

You can update your banking information at any time by following the steps outlined above.
