What is the required notice period for an employee resignation in Costa Rica?
In Costa Rica, supported employees are required to provide notice before resigning based on the length of their employment:
- For employment of more than 3 months but less than 6 months, the notice period is 1 week.
- For employment of more than 6 months but less than 1 year, the notice period is 2 weeks.
- For employment of more than 1 year, the notice period is 1 month.
