How long is annual leave in China?

In China, the entitlement to annual leave is determined by the employee's length of service:

  • Employees with 1 to less than 10 years of service are entitled to 5 days of annual leave.
  • Employees with 10 to less than 20 years of service are entitled to 10 days of annual leave.
  • Employees with at least 20 years of service are entitled to 15 days of annual leave.
