- The employee has already been granted leave for 30 days or more within the same year or on three or more occasions.
- Granting the leave could potentially harm or adversely affect Velocity Global Thailand's operations.
Employees must provide a clear reason and relevant evidence for the educational leave to Velocity Global Thailand at least 7 days before the intended leave date. Approval is required before taking this leave.
Regarding pay for educational leave in Thailand:
- If the training is for personal purposes, the leave is unpaid. Supported employees may use their casual leave for this purpose.
- If the training is required by the employer, it counts as working days, and payment is made accordingly.

- Business leave is classified as paid leave for the initial 3 days.

- Application Rules: The employee must notify Velocity Global Thailand immediately upon receipt of the call-up paper and submit a leave application along with a copy of the call-up paper without delay. The leave application must be submitted at least 7 days in advance to the supervisor, and the employee can take military service leave only upon approval.
- Pay Calculation: Velocity Global Thailand will pay wages at a rate equal to the wage on working days throughout the period of military service leave, except for conscription, but for no more than 60 days a year.
After completing the military service, the employee must return to work within 3 days. Failure to do so will be considered unauthorized leave and may result in disciplinary measures.
