Velocity Global Is Now Pebl: Employee Questions Answered

Click here to see FAQs for Customers.

Do I need to re-sign any agreements?

No need to worry — your agreements aren't going anywhere. They'll stay exactly as they are.

What does "DBA" stand for?

"DBA" stands for “Doing Business As.” Think of it like a nickname for a business. It lets a company use a more public-friendly name while keeping its official legal structure intact. Kind of like how your friend William goes by “Bill” but his driver’s license still says William.

Here’s the deal: Velocity Global is only registering the DBA for Velocity Global, LLC in the U.S. Why? Because that’s the legal entity we use for all customer agreements. So, while the name gets a little tweak, everything else stays rock-solid. You’re in good hands!

I noticed two names being used—what is the official new brand?

As part of our rebrand, we're now operating under a new name and logo. However, some official documents, like contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, may show the legal name Velocity Global.

Will the rebrand affect how or when I get paid?

No need to worry—your pay won’t be affected by the rebrand. Everything stays the same. You’ll still get paid on time, as usual, without any hiccups. You will notice that you still see Velocity Global on your paychecks as well as any other official documentation, that is because we are not changing the name of our local entities

Will my login credentials or access method change?

The url that you use to access our Global Work Platform will change, you can find it now at cloud.hellopebl.com,  however you will continue to use your same log in credentials.

How will this impact my immigration or Visa status or application?

Don't worry, this won't affect your visa application or status. The reason is that these are connected to our entity names, which aren't changing. We're simply updating our 'doing business as' or brand name.

Will there be any local changes based on the country I work in?

No, there won't be any changes based on your country. The process and features remain consistent regardless of where you are located.

Will your email addresses, urls, or domain names change?

Yes, you’ll see our email domain as @hellopebl.com, along with our help center at help.hellopebl.com and our new website, www.hellopebl.com. To access our Global Work Platform, you’ll now head to https://cloud.hellopebl.com/ To make sure our emails don’t slip through the cracks, go ahead and add our new domain to your contacts. Simple as that!

Will your benefits, contracts, or legal status change?

Nope, not a thing. Your benefits, contracts, and legal status are staying exactly as they are.

Will this affect how I interact with your team?

This won’t change how you work with the team. You’ll still have your local expert to talk to—same support, same reliable connection. Email us at Support@hellopebl.com or use our AI assistant in the Global Work Platform, now located at cloud.hellopebl.com

Will my point of contact at Velocity Global change?

Yes, the point of contact (POC) might change, but don’t worry—you’ll still have full HR support. Think of it like switching waiters at a restaurant; the face might change, but the service stays just as reliable. You’re covered, no matter what.

How do I know this is still the same trusted Velocity Global?

Our name and look may be changing, but everything else remains the same — including our people, our platform, and our commitment to keeping your data secure. We’re still the same trusted team behind the scenes, with the same security controls, processes, and standards you've always relied on.

Is my data still secure?

Absolutely. Think of your data like a vault, and we’re the guard standing watch 24/7. We take security seriously, using top-notch measures to keep your information safe. Rest easy—your data isn’t going anywhere it shouldn’t.

What will happen to all my open tickets?

No need to worry—your open tickets are safe and sound. Our team will keep working on them without skipping a beat. Depending on when you submitted your request, you might notice replies coming from our new support email: support@hellopebl.com. Don’t stress, though—just reply to the same thread as usual, and we’ll handle the rest.

Do you have questions about the changes? No worries—we’ve got you covered. Just email support@hellopebl.com, and our team will be happy to help.
