How much notice is an employee required to give when resigning in Poland?
In Poland, the notice period that an employee is required to give when resigning depends on the duration of their employment agreement. If the employment duration is less than 6 months, the employee must provide 2 weeks' notice. For employment of at least 6 months, a notice period of 1 month is required. If the employee has been employed for at least 3 years, a 3-month notice period is applicable.
