This article will show you how to view a supported employee's time off policy balances and accrual rates in the Global Work Platform™.
A user must have PTO Manager, HR Manager, or Company Admin permissions to view supported employee time off policy information.

Note: You must be logged in to the Global Work Platform™ to access the video.

You can also use the Search box or filtering options to find the supported employee you are looking for.
The supported employee's profile will appear automatically.
Time off policy information, including time off requests, balances, and accrual rates, can be found in the Time Off tab.
The Time Off Policy Types section is located at the top of the Time Off Requests page.
Each tab outlines a supported employee's total available time off, yearly entitlement, and days taken under that specific policy as well as the current year-to-date accrual, rollover limits, and pending days taken.
Please note that any future time off requests will be deducted from the current balances on the start date of the request.
The "Policy Details" button is located in the right corner of the Time Off Policy Types section.
It is important to note the accrual rate of each time off policy, which can be found in the "Policy Details" for a time off policy. For example, if a policy shows a per-month accrual, the leave balance is accurate up until the current month. Future days will be accrued as the supported employee continues working.
