Annual paid leave in the Republic of Türkiye is contingent on the length of employment as follows:

  • 1 to 5 years of employment (including 5 years): 14 working days;
  • 6 (inclusive) to 14 (inclusive) years of employment: 20 working days;
  • 15 and more years of employment: 26 working days.
