Pension Benefits in Poland

What are the statutory pension benefits in Poland?

Employees in Poland have the opportunity to participate in the Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe (PPK), a voluntary long-term savings system that forms part of the Polish retirement scheme. After 3 months of employment, employees can opt into PPK programs, which enable them to build savings over time. These savings become available for payout once the employee reaches the age of 60.
