In Thailand, three types of employment agreements can be accommodated:
- Indefinite-term Employment Agreements: These agreements do not have a specified end date.
- Fixed-term Employment Agreements: These agreements have a predetermined end date, which is set at the beginning of the employment.
- Part-time Employment Agreements: Employees under part-time agreements are entitled to the same minimum rights, benefits, and protections as those in full-time employment. However, their working hours are less than those of full-time employees.

In Thailand, seniority can be recognized in employment agreements. It is typically stated in the agreement that the company acknowledges the supported employee has been working for the customer since a specific start date. This ensures that the supported employee continues in the same position and that their working term is counted from the specified start date.
